About the university

The creation of the National Academy of Arts in Kyrgyzstan was prepared by the entire historical course of development of the Kyrgyz professional fine arts. The multi-level structure of the National Academy includes a number of components united by a single program to create an educational, methodological and scientific base for the training of highly professional masters of art and art historians in order to further develop and survive artistic culture in a wide cultural space. The National Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic was conceived and opened as a higher art institution and at the same time as a creative and research institution. The uniqueness of the implemented concept lies in the creation of a branched multi-stage model of continuous art education.
