About the university
The Camillians arrived in Brazil in September 1922. The initiator, Fr. Inocente Radrizzani, and his mission companion, Fr. Eug?nio Dalla Giacoma, liked to recall the exultation and wonder they experienced at the sight of the marvelous city, still decorated on the occasion of the celebration of the centenary of the independence of Brazil, which they were adopting as their new homeland.
