About the university

The creation of the National Academy of Arts in Kyrgyzstan was prepared by the entire historical course of development of Kyrgyz professional fine arts. The multi-level structure of the National Academy includes a number of components united by a single program for creating an educational, methodological and scientific base for training highly professional art masters and art historians for the further development and survival of artistic culture in a wide cultural space. The National Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic was conceived and opened as a higher art institution and at the same time as a creative and research institution. The uniqueness of the implemented concept lies in the creation of an extensive multi-stage model of continuous art education.
