Free publication
The journal charges no submission fee, review fee, acceptance fee, article processing charge or publication fee. Authors do not need to purchase another HE service to submit or publish. Readers can access published article pages without a paid subscription. No acceptance guarantee is sold.
Copyright and reuse
Authors retain copyright and authorize the journal to publish the accepted work under the license stated on the article page. The default is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Reuse under that license requires appropriate credit, a link to the license and an indication of changes. Third-party material may carry separate conditions that must be stated.
- Credit the authors and original publication.
- Identify third-party material with a different license.
- Do not imply that reuse is endorsed by the authors or journal.
Author rights and permitted copies
Authors may share their own submitted, accepted and published versions, subject to lawful third-party restrictions and clear version identification. Repository copies should link to the final article when it is available. A license statement does not eliminate obligations relating to privacy, confidential data, trademarks or other rights.
