JOURNAL POLICIES & INFORMATION

Archiving, identifiers & discoverability

Stable local publication records with transparent infrastructure claims.

Local preservation

Each article is stored in the platform’s central database and presented at a stable local URL. Article metadata and manuscript records are included in the platform backup process. The administrator should retain separate backups of databases, configuration, uploaded material and publication assets, with restoration tests and version history where available.

Persistent identifiers and metadata

The journal supports article metadata including title, authors, affiliations, ORCID, abstract, keywords, dates, annual volume and article number. A registered DOI can be recorded by the editor and linked on the article page. The appearance of a DOI field does not itself register a DOI. An ISSN or external identifier is displayed only after assignment.

Indexing and external archiving

The journal does not imply inclusion in Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ or a preservation network without a confirmed arrangement. Applications, where made, are distinct from acceptance into a service. Search engine discovery, bibliographic indexing and long-term preservation are different functions and should be described separately.
