Account information supports manuscript handling, communication and service delivery. Authors should provide professional contact and affiliation information and obtain coauthor permission before submitting it. Publication of author details follows the submission consent and the accepted article record. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for scholarly attribution.
Review and editorial records
Unpublished manuscripts, reviewer reports and editorial correspondence are treated as confidential within the handling process. Access should be limited to authorized people performing a relevant editorial role. Publication of a review or reviewer identity requires an explicit agreed basis rather than an assumption.
Research participants and requests
Authors must protect participant confidentiality and ensure that published data and quotations are consistent with consent and applicable obligations. Contact the editorial office regarding a correction to personal information or a confidentiality concern. Public article metadata forms part of the scholarly record and may require a documented amendment rather than silent deletion.
